Instagram renders every profile tile at 3:4, and since 2025 it accepts a 3:4 upload — the only shape the grid keeps whole, and 90 px taller than 4:5 besides. A 4:5 upload loses 33.75 px from each side and a square one 135, which is why there is no square here. Post shape is under Frame; the crop guide beside it draws whatever margin the shape costs you.
